Here our customers are able to view first hand our capabilites, while discussing with our team thier own project requirements.
Our Centre is available for training and testing for all types of painting or adhesive application.
Path Teaching
We offer Robot Path Teaching for all robot applications, we are able to offer a full turnkey service, or if your prefer, we are able to offer full training courses to enable your in house staff to undertake this themselves.
Paint Trials
If you are unsure about the feasability of automatically applying paint in your process, give Peak a call.
We are able to configure our equipment in our technical centre, working together with your team and your paint supplier to establish the best setup to suit the material and your proccess requirements.
We offer Standard spray guns through to rotary atomisers with or without electrostatic capability.
Paint suppliers are also welcome to carry out material tests in our fully functioning booth.
Cycle Studies
One of the main questions when looking to automate is “what equipment will I need?” Here at Peak Contracts our team are able to utilise the latest offline programming tools to establish both reach and cycle time possibilites.
Should our client’s product fit within our booth working range we can also test the cycle studies in real time utilising the test robot in our technical centre.
